The live chat function built into many eLearning application allows participants in a course to interact in real time, online directly within the course. This function differs from a forum in that the dialog is intended to be immediate back-and-forth. Logs of the live chat session can be maintained or deleted. (We have not yet had a chance to record our own tutorial video so in the mean time please check out the one we found on YouTube below).
